廉價航空行李箱損害處理流程

去年12月上旬回國時發現行李箱的鎖被地勤給摔壞了,相信一般的旅者心裡有一股莫名的XXX。於是寫了這篇文章。希望給遇到的旅人有處理的方向。



一、當下不管出國或回國第一件事情就是先檢查自己的行李箱是否有受損害,有的話立即向運送的航空公司反應並開出(PNR-->客訴處理單),雙方並立即要將損害的地方拍照留存


二、回國後或在當國PNR及照片附檔寄到客訴處理中心(約10天內回覆,不含假日)


三、接下來客訴處理中心會請你附上機票+行李箱運送條+行李索賠調查問卷等等(可能要有維修報價單)

四、再接下來的一封信是客訴處理中心將和原航空公司討論索賠事宜並進一步告知結果,如果有賠償則如下述二個處理方法,填完資料並附檔回傳。

●第一封填寫文件(重點是在說明在虎航的官網有說明包含外包裝及手把、輪子、拉鍊、鎖等等損壞在合理範圍是…<自己想像吧>,後面的部份大部是基於因為造成顧客的不方便願意提供多少錢的賠償,可以接受的話請填寫第二封信件內容部份,並拍攝銀行帳號,之後再寫信回傳附檔):

As described in Tiger Taiwan’s website on Checked Baggage, the Airlinedoes not accept

responsibility for unsuitably packed, fragile baggage, minor damage toexterior of baggage

resulting from normal wear and tear and/or any damage to external fixtures(i.e. handles,

wheels, zippers or locks).

However, as a gesture of goodwill, the Airline is offering the sum of TWDXXX for this inconvenience. Please find attached the Form of Release & Dischargefor your completion

and return. Kindly let us have the following documents. We will processpayment upon


receipt of both documents.

1. Signed Form of Release and Discharge

2. A copy of your bank book with the account name and account number.

五、靜候佳音。



PS:上述處理程序曠日廢時且廉價航空一般賠償金額不高,且抓住國人普遍外語不好,不會用英文溝通寫信於是放棄索賠事宜。我從跟航空公司委外客訴部門書信往來超過1個多月(客服回覆不含假日約10-30天)。


2019/2/19更新,已於這週收到虎航的理賠金,這個過程約2個月,包友可自行斟酌是否考慮請求理賠,因為過程煩鎖且虎航的理賠金額滿少的。建議以後坐廉航的飛機,行李箱不要買太貴的,以免出國心情受到影響。
